Our Story
It all began in 2017 when we purchased a timeless Chicago greystone built in 1898. With its beautiful bones and rich history, we gave it a full gut renovation preserving its character while remaining the space. What started as a personal project turned into a thriving Airbnb and Vrbo rental, where guests consistently praised the design, warmth, and attention to detail. For 7 consecutive years, Lilian earned the title of Superhost, known for creating immaculate spaces filled with care, personality, and a deep sense of hospitality.
That success sparked a bigger vision. In 2025, we began constructing Geagea Hotel a 30-room boutique hotel in Rogers Park, built not just for lodging but for experience. At its heart, Geagea is a celebration of Levantine design and hospitality earthy textures, soulful colors, and curated spaces inspired by our heritage. We believe hospitality is in our DNA. This project is more than a hotel; it’s a story you can feel and taste. The hotel will also feature a cozy Lebanese café an extension of that story where warm spices, strong coffee, and shared plates invite guests to linger, connect, and be nourished.
